Filix became French again, bought by Filix Invest (company with 100% of french capital)

Teinturerie de l’Est et de l’Ouest developed a division called Filix in Troyes

The brand Lastex became Société des Filés Lastex

FILIX s.a. is acquired by US group Willcox &Gibbs, which later becomes Worldtex inc
